The Optoma projectors we carry are known as "Short Throw" projectors, which are the best models for an indoor golf simulator. Short Throw projectors are designed for small and limited spaces, which is how most indoor golf studios are set up. Even if you have plenty of space, the reason Short Throw projectors make sense is to avoid casting a shadow on the screen when you're using the golf simulator.
Lumens define the brightness of the projection. The more Lumens your projector has, the crisper your image will be even with light in the room. All Optoma projectors we sell feature 3000+ Lumens which you would want your projector to have to avoid playing golf in the dark.
You will need to mount the projector so that the lens is approximately 6'8'' away from PerfectBay (4:3 aspect ratio), 7'8" away from PerfectBay Plus (4:3 aspect ratio), and 6'5" away from PerfectBay WIDE (16:9 aspect ratio) for the ideal screen coverage. Please note that there is a 5% error tolerance on a projector lens. Please turn the projector on and make sure you have the desired image size projected onto a screen before mounting the projector permanently to a ceiling.

Uneekor Policy: Uneekor launch monitors and related base-level software are eligible for return earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
All products authorized for a return must arrive at our facilities in unused, new condition, free of damage and in its original packaging. All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
If your product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Uneekor reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees, at their sole discretion. This Return Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or other exclusions listed under the terms of our Warranty Policy.
All Simulator Impact Screen sales are final. No returns will be accepted. The screens are considered to be wear and tear products. They are made out of white polyester fabric and can easily be smudged or stained if used or handled improperly.
