Warranty
We're proud to say we are an Authorized Dealer/Distributor for all the brands we carry. All our products come directly from the manufacturer and are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of the original purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations.
SkyTak's Warranty: Subject to exclusion, limitations, and conditions, SkyTrak warrants that this SkyTrak ST MAX system product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal consumer (non-commercial) use, for the lesser of (1) period of 6 months from the original purchase date or (2) total of 25,000 shots taken on the SkyTrak+ product.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. If you decide you want to return your product, we will gladly assist you in the process.
SkyTrak's Return Policy: All returns for credit of SkyTrak products must be within 30 days of your original purchase. Returned items must be in the original packaging, include all parts and components, and be free of damage. The amount credited will exclude shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 40% will be applied to the returns exhibiting visible wear, are missing components, or can no longer be resold as "new". All software purchases are non-refundable.
