At Top Shelf Golf we work with many top brands in the industry and all our products are of the highest quality. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. We strive to provide the best shopping experience possible.
If your product appears defective upon use, please contact the manufacturer directly about your product warranty. Since we work with many top brands, warranties and return policies differ depending on the product and the brand. For specific manufacturer warranty please see "Warranty and Returns" tab of the product you are interested in.
Note: we only sell to customers who intend to use the purchased item(s) for the duration of its economic life. We kindly ask you to respect all the hard work that goes into delivering products to you and to place your order with us only if you're a serious buyer. Orders purchased for one-time or temporary use are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us at support@topshelfgolf.com or by calling us 1 (888) 871-6110 if you decide to cancel your order. If we are not able to intercept product shipment, it will be subject to the Return Policy. All payment refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee is collected by merchant processing company and is not retained by our office.
Return Policy
Top Shelf Golf Offers a 30 Days Return Window unless specified otherwise in the "Warranty & Returns" tab of the individual product page. We're shipping all the products directly from the manufacturers to ensure you are getting brand new items in perfect condition with full warranty from the manufacturer. If you decide to return your unit, we will refund your purchase amount less the original shipping and any applicable restocking fees which are determined strictly by the manufacturer, subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 30 days unless specified otherwise in the "Warranty & Returns" tab of the individual product page.
- All payment refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that are in like new condition unless specified otherwise in the "Warranty & Returns" tab of the product page. However, we may charge a restocking fee for returns that are damaged or incomplete.
- Note: Starting Sep 15, 2025 FlightScope Mevo+ has a 7-day return window.
- Note: All software purchases are non-refundable.
- Note: All Optoma sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
- Note: All Foresight Sports sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
- Note: All Simulator Impact Screen sales are final. No returns will be accepted. The screens are considered to be wear and tear products. They are made out of white polyester fabric and can easily be smudged or stained if used or handled improperly.
- Note: The Net Return products (except for impact screens) may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund less the original shipping cost and a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Product(s) must be returned in unused & undamaged condition with all of its original packaging (including boxes, bags, accessories, etc.) to avoid any additional restocking fees. Customer assumes the risk of loss and is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returning/exchanging the product.
- Note: All Uneekor launch monitors and related base-level software are eligible for return earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt. All authorized Uneekor returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
- Note: All HomeCourse products have a 30-day return window on all undamaged, unsmudged, and unused products with a 15% restocking fee.
- Note: All Alphard Golf products have a 30-day return window on all undamaged and unused products in the original packaging. If you have used your product and would like to return it for a refund within 30 days an additional 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- You must request return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions via email support@topshelfgolf.com. We will respond to your requests within 24 hours.
- A printed copy of the email containing your return instructions and RMA number should be included in the box with your returning merchandise.
- Returns without return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be refused.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return.
- Returned items must be in new sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all the parts and components, including boxes, bags, accessories, and be free of damage.
- Gifts or free products, should they have been included with the original purchase, must be returned as well.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.
- Top Shelf Golf does not accept Returns or Exchanges of Used Products past the allocated time specified by the Return Policy.
- A customer is responsible for Return Shipping charges on all Non-Warranty Returns and Exchanges.
- Top Shelf Golf will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customers. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
- Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
- If a returned item gets damaged during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
- We will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund.
- Customer assumes risk of loss, and is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returning/exchanging a product.
- Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Damages or Defects:
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition. Although all our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it is possible that damages may occur during shipment. Before signing off for the shipment, please inspect the carton and content (note: FedEx packages may not require signature). Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately, email support@topshelfgolf.com or call 1 (888) 871-6110.
We will not be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no note on the Freight Bill of Lading/Acceptance Log. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a note on the bill of landing that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.
