This package is for people who want a full simulator without giving up the room. The HomeCourse Pro 180 drops down at the click of a button and retracts just as easily, so a garage or spare room goes back to normal when you are done. Choose your launch monitor, mat and projector below.

The screen and pro-arms are made of a ballistic-grade material built to absorb a full-swing shot at point-blank distance. The pro-arms run in a standard configuration or open out to a 14 ft ultra-wide flat projectable area that suits a 16:9 image. Sky netting and pro-arms create a full enclosure for maximum safety, and a ceiling mount is included with the screen.

How to build yours

• Launch Monitor. Choose from the Swing Caddie SC4 PRO, Garmin R10, Rapsodo MLM2PRO, FlightScope Mevo Gen2, SkyTrak ST MAX and others, or select "I don't need a launch monitor" if you own one. Decide on software first, then pick a unit that runs it. The Garmin R10, for example, works with the Garmin Golf app plus GSPro and E6, and reports club head speed, ball speed, spin, launch angle, carry and total distance.
• Retractable Screen (required). The HomeCourse Pro 180 is the only option here. Its selling point is that it disappears: no permanent frame in the room. Remember the backorder note above.
• Hitting Mat (required). The Fiberbuilt Performance Turf Tee Box Mat is 8'W x 4'L. The Fiberbuilt 7'x4' Single-Hitting and 9'x4' Center-Hitting Studio Mats are engineered to give the same ball flight characteristics as a real grass fairway and virtually eliminate turf shock. If you already have a mat, say so and the price drops.
• Landing Pad. Softens the landing of the ball as it drops from the screen after impact and saves the floor. The 13'W x 8'L pad fits a 12'W bay; the 14.5'W x 8'L pad fits a 13.5'W bay. Size it to the width you will actually use.
• Projector (required). The throw ratio is in every projector name. Shorter throw means the projector sits closer to the screen and stays farther from your swing. Options run from the 3000-lumen 1080p BenQ TH671ST and AH30ST LED, to the 4000-lumen 1080p laser AH500ST (0.5:1) and AH700ST, up to the 4000-lumen 4K laser LK830ST (0.496:1) and AK700ST. More lumens helps in a garage with daylight; 4K helps if you want the sharpest picture on a wide 16:9 image.
• Projector Ceiling Mount. Add it unless you already have a mount at the right distance for your throw ratio.
• Gaming Computer. Required for Windows software such as GSPro. Choose the SurfThing PC (Core Ultra 5, RTX 5070 Ti) or Laptop (Core Ultra 9, RTX 5070). Not needed for phone or tablet apps.
• Touch Screen Monitor. The SurfThing 23.8" 1080p touch monitor keeps controls at the hitting position.

Who should pick retractable

Pick this over a fixed enclosure if the room does double duty. Cars, a home gym, a playroom: the screen goes up and the space is yours again. Pick a fixed floating screen package instead if the room is dedicated to golf and you never need to clear it, since a permanent bay is the simpler install.

Space and timing

Measure ceiling height with a driver at the top of your swing, then confirm width for the pro-arms in the configuration you plan to use and depth for the projector throw. Because the screen is backordered until Q4, you can order the launch monitor, mat and projector portion now and start practicing into a net while you wait, or order the whole package together and we will ship it complete when the screen lands.
