What's Included
Your voucher covers resort accommodations for up to 4 people (2 adults minimum, at least one guest must be 21+). You are responsible for nightly government taxes and fees ($38.95/night in Puerto Plata), airfare, transfers, meals, gratuities, and personal expenses. How does activation work?
You have 7 days to activate by paying the required taxes and fees online. After activation, you have 18 months to choose your travel dates. Bookings require at least 30 days' notice (last-minute exceptions may be available by phone with upgrade options).
Are there extra costs?
Only the required taxes and fees and any optional upgrades you choose. Taxes vary by destination and season. Some properties may charge standard resort fees for amenities like Wi-Fi, gym, or pool access.
Can I travel with my family?
Yes. Most resorts accommodate up to 4 people per room. Extra adults or children may require flexible dates or an upgrade depending on availability.
Can I book multiple rooms or extend my stay?
Each voucher covers one room for one trip. Hotels will not honor multiple vouchers for the same group, back-to-back stays, or group bookings. If you need additional rooms, you can purchase them at discounted rates through our travel partner.
Are flights included?
No. Airfare and other personal travel expenses are not included.
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
Activation and tax fees are non-refundable. Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes are allowed. Cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of fees paid. If you select optional upgrades, the hotel's own policies will apply to those.
