Rapsodo provides a (1) one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Under conditions of the warranty agreement, purchasers will be entitled to repair or replacement for defective Rapsodo products. This warranty begins from the date of the initial purchase. Returns
All Simulator Impact Screen sales are final. No returns will be accepted. The screens are considered to be wear and tear products. They are made out of white polyester fabric and can easily be smudged or stained if used or handled improperly.
All Optoma sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

Please inspect your purchase when your package arrives. Product received damaged must be noted with the freight carrier at time of delivery. Contact us immediately no later than 24 hours from delivery time to report the damage. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
