APOGEE comes with a 6-Month Limited Warranty that covers repair and replacement costs due to manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover user-inflicted damage or defects resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, abnormal use, or improper installation.
Extended Warranty can be purchased. The extended warranty covers repair and replacement costs due to factory errors. $500 Per Year recurring. Up to 5 yrs. $1200 one-time purchase 3-year extended warranty $2000 one-time purchase 5-year extended warranty
Returns
TruGolf offers 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. System must be returned in original packaging and like-new condition.
All Simulator Impact Screen sales are final. No returns will be accepted. The screens are considered to be wear and tear products. They are made out of white polyester fabric and can easily be smudged or stained if used or handled improperly.
All Optoma sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
