Curved All-In-One Golf Simulator

Every build includes the Carl's Place Curved enclosure kit in your size and screen material (triple-layer impact screen, BlackStop ceiling and wall panels, steel fittings and elbows, foam inserts and zip ties, made in the USA), the size-matched 2-inch steel EMT Pipe Framing Kit, a Safety Baffle for your width, a Real Feel Country Club Elite hitting mat, an Optoma ZW350ST short-throw laser projector and its ceiling mount. Pick a launch monitor in the builder to complete the bay, and add the Back Cover Kit, a landing pad or a SurfThing computer if you need them.

The screen. The Curved kit angles its side walls back so the impact screen wraps around the hitting area, which fills more of your peripheral vision than a flat Pro screen can. It needs a very short throw projector so you can play from 10 feet without casting a shadow, and one projector covers the whole curve. Higher-end projectors warp the image in firmware; entry models use warping software.

Yes. The standalone Curved kit ships without pipes, but this package includes the Pipe Framing Kit: every 2-inch steel EMT pipe in the exact lengths for your enclosure, plus the fittings. Carl's does not cut the curved pipes down, so the pipe kit ships by freight with residential liftgate delivery, calculated at checkout. Uncheck it only if you are sourcing your own EMT locally. The Safety Baffle for your enclosure width is included as well, and both follow the size you pick in the builder.

Plan on a room a foot wider and a foot taller than the enclosure you pick, and 9 feet deeper than the enclosure depth so you can hit from at least 10 feet off the screen. Carl's asks for 2 to 3 inches of clearance on each side and 6 inches above for assembly. The smallest kit, 14 feet wide by 9 feet tall by 8 feet deep, wants a room at least 15 feet wide, 10 feet tall and 17 feet deep.

Every size comes 8, 10 or 15 feet deep. Depths are true to size: 105.5, 129.5 and 189.5 inches, and the backset rear fitting adds 9.5 inches behind the screen. A deeper enclosure puts more of the room inside the BlackStop panels, which catch what the screen does not and block more light from the image, and it gives you more frame to mount a crossbar for an overhead launch monitor. Pick the deepest size whose minimum room depth your space clears.

Yes. The builder lists 22 launch monitors, from the Swing Caddie SC4 PRO to the Foresight Sports QuadMAX, and the package price updates as you pick. You can also build the bay first and add a launch monitor later.

Your choice of the triple-layer Premium screen or the High-Contrast Gray. Both take real golf balls at full driver speed. Gray deepens blacks in a room with ambient light, but it only pays off with a bright projector: Carl's puts a 4,000-lumen projector like the BenQ AK700ST on the borderline, so plan for 4,000 lumens or more. In a room you can darken, the white Premium screen gives the better image.

A very short throw. The curve only works when the projector sits close to the screen, so the golfer can stand 10 feet back without a shadow. The package ships with the Optoma ZW350ST at a 0.521:1 throw; the BenQ AH500ST (0.499:1) and LK830ST (0.496:1) in the builder are the two shortest we sell. Longer-throw models like the LK936ST fit a flat Pro bay better than a curve.

No. The Tour Landing Pad is an optional add-on, unticked by default. Tick it in the builder and it adds the 8 ft long pad one foot wider than your enclosure, so balls dropping off the screen land on cushion instead of floor.

The package does not include a computer. If you need one, the builder offers the SurfThing Enhanced Level PC (Core Ultra 5, RTX 5070 Ti, 32GB DDR5, 2TB SSD) or the Enhanced Level Laptop (Core Ultra 9, RTX 5070), and a 23.8 inch touch screen monitor to go with the PC.
