Built-In All-In-One Golf Simulator
The Built-In All-In-One Golf Simulator is a complete home golf simulator package you configure on this page, built around the Carl's Place Built-In Golf Room Kit: a triple-layer Premium impact screen sewn to your exact wall size and mounted straight to the wall, with no pipe or frame, in 45 sizes from 10 to 18 ft wide and 8 to 10 ft tall. The package adds a Real Feel hitting mat, the Optoma ZW350ST short-throw laser projector with its ceiling mount, and the launch monitor of your choice from 22 radar, camera and overhead units. Twenty-two launch monitors are available on this page, from the Swing Caddie SC4 PRO and Garmin Approach R10 to the Foresight Sports GCQuad and QuadMAX. Carl's Place Built-In Golf Room Kit
The Carl's Place Built-In Golf Room Kit mounts the impact screen straight to the wall, sewn to your exact wall dimensions, so it spans the wall corner to corner. There is no pipe and no frame: the room reads as finished carpentry, not equipment you assembled. Adjustable masking tunes the viewable area toward your projector's 16:9 or 16:10 picture, and with no bottom border your turf can run right up to the fabric.
This package uses the triple-layer Premium screen: three layers of heavy-duty, tight-knit polyester that quiet ball impact and give the best image quality of Carl's four materials. Every Carl's Place screen is built for full-impact play and is cut and sewn in Milton, Wisconsin. Because each screen is made to order, we confirm your exact size, masking and layout with you before anything is sewn.
In the kit: the custom-sized screen with top masking, a pre-fed bottom cable and a loose top cable, 2 cable locks with release pins, 4 corner cable anchors with 1/4 in lag screws and 4 pulley wheels with safety wire lynch pins, starter panels made entirely of loop fabric, 10 snaphooks with screws and drywall anchors, 10 zip ties for the corners and 50 hook-and-loop straps, 3 detached flaps to cover the exposed cable, a fastener set with 100 long screws, drywall anchors and 50 short screws, and detailed setup and measuring instructions.
What the install takes. Walls should be straight, even and 2x4-framed so the anchors hold. A proper install calls for a laser level to align the components, lag screws into the top and bottom plates of your walls, removing any trim that interferes, and patient tensioning until the screen sits flat. If that kind of work is not a fit, the Pro All-In-One Golf Simulator stands on its own frame.

Hitting mat
The package ships with the Real Feel Country Club Elite Golf Mat, 5'W x 5'L. Its long, dense fibers let you swing down and through the turf the way you would off a fairway, it takes a real wooden tee, and the base absorbs the strike so your joints do not.

Optional: Tour Golf Landing Pad
The Tour Landing Pad cushions and quiets balls dropping off the screen, keeps them from scuffing the floor, and bridges the gap between the mat and the screen. In a built-in room the screen spans the wall, so the builder matches the pad to your wall width, wall to wall, 8 ft long from the screen toward the mat: a 14 ft wall gets a 14'W x 8'L pad. It is optional and not selected; tick it in the builder if you want it, and the width is cut to your exact number after ordering.
Projector and ceiling mount
The Optoma ZW350ST is the included projector: 3,600 lumens, a 30,000-hour DuraCore laser with no bulb to replace, and a 0.521:1 short throw, so it mounts close to the screen and out of the swing. Seven BenQ short-throw projectors are available in the builder, from the 1080p TH671ST to the 5,100-lumen 4K LK936ST. The included ceiling mount tilts and rotates for image alignment and switches to the right model for whichever projector you choose. Carl's Universal Projector Mount is in the builder too: flush to a level ceiling, or on a 6 in to 9 in, 12 in to 18 in, 2 ft to 3 ft or 3 ft to 5 ft drop for a level or a sloped ceiling. Remove the projector and the mount goes with it. The projector calculator shows the mount distance for your screen size.

Simulation software such as GSPro, E6 Connect and FSX Play needs a gaming-class computer, and the one you pick here arrives ready for it. SurfThing builds them for golf simulation: 32GB DDR5, a 2TB SSD and an NVIDIA RTX 50-series GPU, in a desktop tower or a laptop. With the desktop PC, add the SurfThing DT2424H 23.8-inch touch screen to start rounds, review data and scrub swing video without walking back to a keyboard. It is not offered with the laptop, which has its own screen.

We're proud to say we are an Authorized Dealer/Distributor for all the brands we carry. All our products come directly from the manufacturer. Your launch monitor, projector and computer are covered by their manufacturer's warranty from the date of the original purchase, subject to its conditions and limitations. Carl's Place screens and enclosure materials are wearable goods, so they do not carry a warranty. Some marking and wear from the first sessions is normal, and how long a screen lasts depends on skill level, how often you play and how it is installed. If something looks unusual rather than like normal wear, send us photos and your order number and we will take it up with Carl's Place.
Because each Built-In screen is sewn to your exact wall dimensions, Built-In kit sales are final with no returns. We confirm your size, masking and layout with you before anything is produced, so measure your space before ordering.
All Optoma sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

Please inspect your purchase when your package arrives. Product received damaged must be noted with the freight carrier at time of delivery. Contact us immediately no later than 24 hours from delivery time to report the damage. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
