We're proud to say we are an Authorized Dealer/Distributor for all the brands we carry. All our products come directly from the manufacturer and are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of the original purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations.
Voice Caddie warranties its product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of original purchase. If a defect exists, at its discretion Voice Caddie will: (1) repair the product at no charge; (2) exchange the product with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product. Voice Caddie shall have no obligation to repair, or replace until the product is received and evaluated by Voice Caddie. This warranty does not apply: (1) to damaged caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or damage caused by non-Voice Caddie product or peripherals; (2) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a Voice Caddie Authorized Service Provides; or (3) to a product or part that has been modified without the written permission of Voice Caddie.

Voice Caddie offers 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. System must be returned in original packaging and like-new condition.
All Simulator Impact Screen sales are final. No returns will be accepted. The screens are considered to be wear and tear products. They are made out of white polyester fabric and can easily be smudged or stained if used or handled improperly.
All Optoma sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
