The SIG8 is the most compact enclosure in the SIG lineup, built for golfers who want a clean "finished-room" look in a smaller garage or room. It uses the SIGPRO Premium Impact Screen (rated for strikes up to 250 MPH) plus a tight, padded surround to keep your bay safe and professional.

FAQs

How much room do I need for a SIG8 enclosure?
Plan for enough width for a comfortable swing, plus depth for your hitting position and projector. The commonly recommended minimum space for SIG8 is 10'W x 9'H x 16'D. If you have a steep swing or you're tall, you may need more ceiling height than the minimum. For reference, the larger sizes need more room: SIG10 needs 12'W x 9'H x 18'D, and SIG12 needs 14'W x 10'H x 20'D.
Is the SIGPRO impact screen good for high ball speed? Will it hold up?
Yes. SIG8 uses the SIGPRO Premium Impact Screen, designed for repeated strikes and marketed as rated up to 250 MPH. It's built for home simulator use and frequent practice, while also helping reduce bounceback compared to thinner, budget screens.
Does SIG8 fill the whole screen with the projector image?
SIG8 is designed so your projected image fills about 80% of the screen, which leaves some white space at the top and bottom compared to the SIG10 and SIG12 (both built for 100% screen fill). If a fully filled screen matters more to you than a compact footprint, SIG10 is the easiest step up.
How long does it take to assemble a SIG8 enclosure?
Most customers assemble a SIG8 enclosure in a few hours with two people. The system uses color-coded push-pin poles and a guided assembly process. If you're building in a tight room, budget extra time for positioning and squaring everything up before you tension the screen.
Can I use a SIG8 enclosure in a garage?
Garages are one of the most common use cases for SIG8. It's the most compact SIG size, so it's usually the best fit for a single-car garage or a narrower room. The key is verifying ceiling height for driver swings, plus enough width so you're not steering swings away from the walls.
Do I need side netting or extra protection with a SIG8 enclosure?
The enclosure includes a padded surround designed to protect the bay, but side protection depends on your swing and spacing. If you have limited width, mixed righty/lefty play, kids practicing, or higher-speed players, adding side barrier netting is a smart safety upgrade.
Can right-handed and left-handed golfers use the same SIG8 enclosure?

We are an authorized dealer and every product ships direct from the manufacturer, covered by the manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, subject to its conditions and limitations. The Indoor Golf Shop's SIG limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year. It does not cover normal wear such as fraying, fading or surface wear, misuse, cosmetic damage, damage in shipping, or commercial use. Returns for refund or exchange are available within 30 days of purchase, and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period of One (1) year. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including fraying, fading, or surface wear from regular use; damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation; cosmetic damage that does not affect performance, damage or loss that occurs during shipping; commercial claims for products not intended for commercial us; damage caused by weather exposure, including rain, snow, wind, or sun, when products are left outdoors or otherwise unprotected.

Returns

The Indoor Golf Shop Return Policy: Returns for refund or exchange for a different item are available within 30 days of purchase, and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that The Indoor Golf Shop will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and an up to 40% restocking fee will be applied.
