Cart Tek offers One (1) Year Warranty on Lithium-Ion Batteries: prorated based on number of charges, time used, and maintenance history.
Returns
All Cart Tek products have a 30-day return window with a 15% restocking fee.

Please inspect your purchase when your package arrives. Product received damaged must be noted with the freight carrier at time of delivery. Contact us immediately no later than 24 hours from delivery time to report the damage.
