There are so many electric carts available, it was difficult for me to decide which cart best fit my needs. There were several reasons why I chose this cart over the other ones. One reason was that the reviews indicated cart tech was a good company and top shelf had good customer service. Customers indicated the carts were received promptly and were simple to assemble. The cart itself also attracted me as reviewers indicated that the ones without the remote controls seem to eliminate the old problem of the carts tipping over on uneven terrain. I decided to purchase one and found all those things to be true and several more. I received the cart several days prior to projected time and assembled it quickly and simply. This cart is very sturdy and easily carries my heavy cart bag. I walk with one or both hands LIGHTLY resting on the handles as to keep from letting the cart pull me and therefore waste electricity. If I wish to increase/decrease pace, I can change it with my index finger as the variable speed dial is right in front of the handle, and if I need to stop, the button on the handle can easily be pressed with my thumb. I have had the cart for a week and found the battery to be plenty strong; I have not gone 36 holes at once, but have little doubt that it would go that far without charging if needed. There are directions for how to adjust the tracking of the cart if it should pull a bit left or right; mine did slightly, but I found that by shifting the battery from one side of my bag to the other solved the issue. Also, I love the fact one can disconnect the battery and charge it at home without having to take the cart out of the car. The cart is easy to fold, is not heavy, and fits easily in my car. I have NO major suggestions or advice. I would mention that perhaps some thought could be given to an easier method for securing the bag to the cart as stretching the bungee cords tight and connecting the ends promotes a good hand stinging should one end slips loose. Also, perhaps an easier way to disconnect the wheels for “free wheeling” might be examined. I would highly recommend this cart, and the company, so far, is top notch.
I have used it 5 times and am satisfied with product. Wish I had spent extra money on the "follow me feature" rather than having to use remote control. Well made and designed.
We loved walking the course. And with our remote caddies, we played our fastest round ever. Using the carts was almost as much fun as playing golf!
I'm a 81 yr old who plays golf on the average of 4 days a week . Delivery was 7 days from order date and assembly was very easy . I had been walking using a "Speed Cart." Our course has many slopes and inclines and pushing the cart with hot weather was getting rather tiresome. Using the new battery operated cart has made a round of more enjoyable and way less tiresome. In fact the operation of the cart is so efficient, that my golfing companion has ordered one.
Got three rounds on the trolley. Love it. Well built, fast shipping, and good support. It’s night and day using an electric cart. I love it because you can walk behind it manually in electric mode and you can also party with beverages and drive it to your ball using the remote. Totally worth it. No shoulder arm fatigue that I would get with a typical push cart. I play in a hilly area and this thing rides true and is a workhorse.

My kids bought this gift for me for my birthday present, and I used it for the first time today in the field. It took a while to learn the controls and figure out how to use, but overall it was great. I like to walk from hole to hole instead of riding the golf cart, so this remote control caddy was the best gift option for me. There are 4 speed levels, and the speed, with control of directions, and the stop feature and parking features were great. It moves well on level ground and so comfortable to use. I do not have to carry around my bag anymore. The only issue was when I am going uphill or downhill, it slightly loses balance, and was a little unstable. I was so focused on using the caddy that I didn't focus so much on the game! I look forward to golfing even more now. And it was delivered quickly, which was so nice of Top Shelf! My daughter said that the customer representative answered her email promptly too. Thank you

Best gift my wife has ever bought me. Easy to assemble and a pleasure to use especially on those long hilly corses. When I’m finished I feel ready to play another 18.
Construction is very well made, packaging well protected. Everything arrived in good conditions. Manuals are very poor, in terms of explanation in how to putt all together, also there are some pieces that arte simply not mentioned on it, like a bag with small rubber bands and a T tool in steel which still I’m trying to figure out the use. Having said this, the cart is well designed, materials are excellent, its a cart for a lifetime, hard construction, you wont regret to have this as your daily companion at the links. Despite not been able yet to use on the course, did some rehearsals at the garage and operation is quite simple. I do suggest the Cart Tek guys to update their operations videos at their webpage, social media or any other tool, also to put on line the manuals and some sort of on line form to receive feedback and solve issues. In these days of all been online this is a must for their company. Glad to share more insights as I make progress on the course next week.

Cart generally solid and functions well. Mine consistently stalls when I attempt to turn in wet rough. This is not mentioned in troubleshooting but you should be aware it dies in several circumstances.
Very well made, solid on the ground and folds up nicely. Tracks straight and I like the battery in the bag and not on the cart. Does 18 holes without a hiccup. Received a lot of interest from fellow golfers. I have a chinese one that was noisy and felt cheap. This one is solid.
After opening the box, was super excited to used the electric push cart. I snapped on the two tires, assembled the score cart holder and hung the liquid holder. It only took me 10 minutes to complete the assembly...very easy. Plugged in the battery charger and put in the two batteries for the remote. While battery was being charged, I read over the instruction manual to become familiar with the cart. Later, plugged battery into cart and strapped on my golf bag. I ran it on my lawn for a few minutes understand the remote and how the cart worked. I decided to go and play a few holes by myself first and then met my group the next day for 18 holes. I want to keep walking as long as possible and this will give me the opportunity to do so.
