The Flightscope Mevo Gen 2 works perfect for my outdoor setup. I have a bout 10' of ball flight and the numbers are what I expect. I also like being able to take this launch monitor to the range to get numbers.

Snow on the driveway, a Tuesday night, and you are still hitting driver, with the FlightScope X3C reading every shot from behind the ball. Choose the screen size, mat and projector here, watch the build take shape in 3D at real size, and check out without waiting on a quote.
The FlightScope X3C DIY Enclosure Golf Simulator is a complete home golf simulator package built around the FlightScope X3C launch monitor: a Carl's Place DIY enclosure with a premium impact screen in six sizes, a Real Feel hitting mat, and a short-throw laser projector with its ceiling mount. Every pick updates the price and the 3D view, and the whole build goes to your cart as one package. It is for the golfer who wants one order for the whole room instead of sourcing a screen, frame, mat and projector separately.
Use the builder above to change the enclosure size, hitting mat or projector, or add a landing pad, gaming computer, touch screen monitor or golf simulation software.

FlightScope X3C is the first tracking radar built with aerospace carbon fiber materials, with each shell individually crafted rather than moulded in volume. It reports 50 data parameters through patented Fusion Tracking, tracking the ball from impact to landing outdoors and delivering accurate chipping and putting data that most radar units cannot. Auto-leveling feet and an internal camera make setup quick, and the unit runs up to 6 hours on a charge.
It ships with 12 E6 Connect courses for iOS and PC - including Pebble Beach and the Old Course at St Andrews - so there is no software to buy before your first round. Multicam video and data lesson recordings, Face Impact Location and the Environmental Optimizer round it out for teaching, fitting and serious practice.

The Carl's Place DIY Golf Simulator Enclosure builds a clean, fully contained hitting bay. Every size in this package ships with the triple-layer Premium impact screen, a pre-cut 1-inch EMT pipe framing kit, foam inserts, a pair of 8 ft net wall extensions and an overhead safety baffle. BlackStop light-absorbing fabric keeps the picture bright with less bounce-back.
Enclosure dimensions. Frame sizes are Carl's own dimensions, listed below by kit. FlightScope specifies 8 to 10 ft behind the tee indoors for the X3C. Before you order, put a ball where the tee will go and take a slow, full swing with your longest club to confirm clearance in your space.

The package ships with the Real Feel Country Club Elite Golf Mat, 5'W x 5'L. Its long, dense fibers let you swing down and through the turf the way you would off a fairway, it takes a real wooden tee, and the base absorbs the strike so your joints do not.
Three Fiberbuilt mats are one click away in the builder, or remove the mat if you already have one:
The Tour Landing Pad cushions and quiets balls dropping off the screen, keeps them from scuffing the floor, and bridges the gap between the mat and the enclosure. The builder offers the width that matches your bay, always 8 ft long:

The Optoma ZW350ST is the included projector: 3,600 lumens, a 30,000-hour DuraCore laser with no bulb to replace, and a 0.521:1 short throw, so it mounts close to the screen and out of the swing. Seven BenQ short-throw projectors are available in the builder, from the 1080p TH671ST to the 5,100-lumen 4K LK936ST, and the ceiling mount switches to the right model for whichever projector you choose. Remove the projector and the mount goes with it. The projector calculator shows the mount distance for your screen size.

PC simulation software such as GSPro and E6 Connect for PC runs best on a gaming-class computer, and the one you pick here arrives ready for it. SurfThing builds them for golf simulation: 32GB DDR5, a 2TB SSD and an NVIDIA RTX 50-series GPU, in a desktop tower or a laptop. With the desktop PC, add the SurfThing DT2424H 23.8-inch touch screen to start rounds, review data and scrub swing video without walking back to a keyboard. It is not offered with the laptop, which has its own screen.

We're proud to say we are an Authorized Dealer/Distributor for all the brands we carry. All our products come directly from the manufacturer. Your launch monitor, projector and computer are covered by their manufacturer's warranty from the date of the original purchase, subject to its conditions and limitations. Carl's Place screens and enclosure materials are wearable goods, so they do not carry a warranty. Some marking and wear from the first sessions is normal, and how long a screen lasts depends on skill level, how often you play and how it is installed. If something looks unusual rather than like normal wear, send us photos and your order number and we will take it up with Carl's Place.
All impact screen sales are final with no returns. Because fit and material choice matter, measure your space before ordering.
All Optoma sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
