- The sensor is connected to the PC through a CAT6 ethernet cable. The ethernet cable must be DIRECTLY connected to your ethernet port on the back of your PC and NOT a switch or router.

Warranty
We're proud to say we are an Authorized Dealer/Distributor for all the brands we carry. All our products come directly from the manufacturer and are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of the original purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations.
Returns
Uneekor Policy: Uneekor launch monitors and related base-level software are eligible for return earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
All products authorized for a return must arrive at our facilities in unused, new condition, free of damage and in its original packaging. All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
If your product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Uneekor reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees, at their sole discretion. This Return Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or other exclusions listed under the terms of our Warranty Policy.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. If you decide you want to return your product, we will gladly assist you in the process. Please inspect your purchase when your package arrives. Product received damaged must be noted with the freight carrier at time of delivery. Contact us immediately no later than 24 hours from delivery time to report the damage. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
