How does the 6-axis gyroscope work?
The gyroscope continuously monitors the caddy's orientation and automatically corrects steering to maintain straight-line tracking. On sidehill lies where a normal caddy would drift downhill, the Cybercart holds its line. This works in all directions -- uphill, downhill, and sidehill -- without any input from you.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
The 37V/236.8Wh lithium battery is rated for up to 36 holes on a single charge. Actual battery life depends on terrain -- hilly courses with frequent elevation changes will use more power than flat courses. Charging takes approximately 4 hours with the included universal charger (100-240VAC).
Can the Cybercart follow me automatically?
The base Cybercart is remote-controlled only. However, it is compatible with two follow attachments sold separately by Alphard: the Sidekick (automatic follow via tether) and the TFS (Tether Follow System). These can be added later without buying a new caddy. If you want AI visual follow out of the box, consider the Robera Pro.
What happens if I walk out of remote range?
The Cybercart has an out-of-range auto-stop safety feature. If the caddy loses signal from the remote, it stops automatically and engages the parking brake. You can also use the Alphard mobile app as a backup remote control.

Very happy with the purchase. The Cybercart makes playing golf more enjoyable. I've played numerous rounds, and the Cybercart easily handles all the different terrain that I've played on. Top Shelf Golf made the purchase quick and easy with fast delivery.
I love my new cart. I walked a very hilly course and cart worked perfectly. Never flipped on the bigger hills and I had tons of energy left at the end of the round. I would highly recommend the cybercart to anyone.

If you like to walk the course, this is a game changer. No more back pain from pushing a cart and my scores have improved because of it.
Most of the golfers at my club have MGI electric carts, but my Cybercart seems so must nicer. It has a wider wheel base that makes it steadier on hills, and includes several extras that the MGI does not have. Best of all, it comes in a nice dark blue color.
I live and play golf in the Northeast U.S. I injured my leg in the offseason and when this new season of golf started the course was quite wet and I found it extremely difficult to complete the course without a good amount of pain. I needed to do something to deal with the leg pain. I use golf as my summer exercise and definitely do not want to ride in a cart. A playing partner of mine purchased a Cybercart late last season and I became aware of the benefit I could achieve by not having to push a cart. I acquired the Cybercart and am astounded by how much less pain I experience in a round by not having to push a cart, especially in this soggy Spring we are experiencing. I can't say enough on how much better I feel during and after the round, and I no longer hesitate to play two days in a row now.
Just got my new cybercart and I’m seriously impressed. I used to feel it in my back by the last few holes pushing my old cart, but this thing completely changes the experience. It handles the course with no issues, and takes all the strain off so I can just focus on my game. Super easy to set up and use—controls are simple and it feels really solid. If you walk your rounds and get worn down by the end, this is a total game changer. Wish I made the switch sooner.
I used the cyber cart a few days after receiving it. I put it through its paces on all types of terrain and can only say that I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I was originally thinking about getting a new lighter golf bag, fearing that the cyber cart battery might not last as long, but after playing 18 holes, the battery indicator lights only dropped one level. I can say without a doubt that anyone would be extremely satisfied with this purchase and I am looking forward to my next round.
I had two knees replaced this winter and I love walking the golf course but it was tough with my old push cart so when I heard about Cybercart I was totally on board. I bought this golf push cart as a gift, and it turned out to be an amazing choice! From the moment it arrived, I could tell it was high quality sturdy, lightweight, and easy to assemble. The design makes it super simple to fold up and store, which is perfect for taking to and from the course. The person I gifted it to absolutely loves it. They’ve mentioned how smoothly it rolls, even on uneven ground, and how convenient the built-in storage features are plenty of room for balls, tees, scorecards, and even a drink.
I did not receive the charging cord for my remote. USB-C cable. I’ve contacted you through email provided by cybercart. They asked for pictures or video showing what I’ve got. I’ve sent both photo and video to the company. I keep getting an email that asks for all the numbers on the shipping box, on the battery and recharging apparatus but nothing about my not having had a charging cord . I have left phone messages saying I wish to talk to a person. I’m very discouraged. This has been going on since Tuesday when I first used it for playing golf. Thank goodness I have a friend who is letting me recharge my remote, I borrowed it today after playing golf when all the bars disappeared.

I really encourage people to watch the video for converting your push cart. The instructions that came with the kit were of little help.

Positive: * Product performed as advertised. * Relatively easy to fold/unfold once you get used to it. * It helps with your body posture * I can text eat and drink while walking to my ball * Overall, it’s a good value for the price Need improvement: * Some parts of the push carts were loosly screwed - I had to tighten them. * Anti tip wheels installation not as intuitive. * No step by step instructions included. * It helps for easier set up if you first lock the front wheels * Could not find warranty registration on Alphard website. * Total weight can be a challenge for an older person. I feel like I need to load/unload 3 golf bags every time I play. * A trunk of a small sedan may not be sufficient to haul to golf course.

Love this little guy!!! More then worth the money. It was a little scratchy when I first used it. I felt like a student drive lol… by the 10th hole I had that thing riding on water. Unfortunately the caddie was on back order at the time. So my next round should be fun.

Ordered the club booster for the clicgear 3.5+. Shipping and communication from Top Shelf was outstanding!! Took me about 20 minutes to install the brackets and I was ready to go. I've used the club booster for 3 rounds now and absolutely love it! Some observations..... I don't think a swivel front wheel is necessary. No you can't make those tight turns but it rolls and turns fine without the front swivel wheel. Learn how to adjust the alignment on your cart's front wheel and bring tools with you to make adjustments on the course. First day it tracked too much to the left. After some adjusting at home, second day it tracked too much to the right. Third day I brought a wrench and screw driver and fine tuned the alignment to roll virtually straight. Wish there was some other way to determine when it is completely charged. Being red/green color blind I can't tell. With that being said, all three rounds I've left the course with at least 2 lights illuminated indicating that i've still got about 40% of battery life. Definitely buy the wheelie bars, my course doesn't have too many steep hills but the wheelie bars have saved me twice when backing up and stopping too quickly. The whole thing was going to tip over backwards but the wheelie bars saved my bag.a Also bought the car charger but it was DOA. I called Alphard Golf and they sent a replacement out that day. Great customer service! All in all I think it's a great purchase and would definitely recommend and would definitely recommend Top Shelf Golf.

I've used the Alphard EWheels for approximately two weeks and they make walking the course so much more enjoyable especially when I play our second city course which is very hilly. It takes a little time to get used to the remote but after a couple of rounds I was comfortable. Installation was easy and fairly straight forward. It took a little over one hour to remove the wheels, from my Sun Mountain SV1 cart, install the new EWheel brackets and the wheelie bars. Battery life is great so far and uses less than 50% for 18 holes.

I was surfing the internet for a motorized cart when I came across the Alphard system to convert my Sun Mountain cart. I really like my push cart so I purchased the Alphard system. It took me about 20+ minutes to install it on my Sun Mountain V1 push cart. I have played 8 rounds already and I love it. I had to adjust the front wheel to get better tracking, other than that I strongly suggest the add on eWheels if you have any hills on your course they really work great.
